 To the east of 701 W. Jackson is Capitol Hill Lofts at 625 W. Jackson. The complex has housed a hat maker, printer and other small manufacturing companies like the Uneeda Vacuum Company. This is a timber loft building and has 90 units. The amenities in this building include an exercise room, bike room and provides 24 hour security cameras. This building also has garage parking as well as outdoor secured parking.
